$18–$23/hour , based on experience and location
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support
Mileage reimbursement for in-home services

Local caseloads—no long commutes
What You'll Do: Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
Accurately track data and progress in real-time
Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule & Compensation $18–$23/hour
depending on qualifications and market
Set your preferred availability—weekday, evening, and weekend options available
Work close to home; we serve families throughout
Ypsilanti and surrounding areas
You’re a Strong Fit If You: Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check
Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
