Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Collision Repair Estimator is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating precise repair estimates. This role involves coordinating repair needs for customers, ensuring clear communication with them and their insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents necessary repairs and parts replacements. By aligning closely with team members, the Estimator plays a key role in achieving the repair facility's operational goals. Key Job Responsibilities Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately with relevant details.
Provide customers with accurate, timely information, guiding them through the repair process while ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
Comply with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
Adhere to all WOW Operating Way's regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
Exhibit positive energy when greeting customers, both in person and over the phone.
Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as necessary.
Support all team members as needed.
Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings, if required.
Engage in training, information sessions, and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.
Help maintain the store's performance metrics by maximizing role efficiency.
Embody the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, & Respect.
Education and/or Experience Required Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Adeptness in sourcing information when needed.
Basic Computer Skills.
Minimum of 1-year experience with compliance for DRP's.
Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
Valid Driver's License.
Required Skills/Abilities Adeptness in finding answers to queries.
Basic Computer Skills.

Estimated $65,000 - $95,000 / Year In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
