The Workers’ Compensation Practice Group is hiring an experienced paralegal to join our downtown Richmond office. We are an in-person work environment that offers your own office (no cubes or office shares), as well as, the support services of Administrative Assistants, Administrative File Coordinators, and a full-service, staffed mailroom to allow you to focus on your work. We seek talented team members who are organized, detail-oriented, passionate, good at multi-tasking and who show promise for being fast-learners. A college degree or relevant, related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records
Preparing legal documents, including subpoenas and deposition notices
Implementing case strategy
Managing and prioritizing action items and tasks
Providing superior service to our clients
