Duties:
Conduct diagnostic procedures to determine the source of the customers concerns.
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re‑Charges, front end alignments, etc.
Maintain accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
Describe vehicle’s condition to customer and answer any follow‑up question.
Build and present a total estimate to the customer.
