Call Center Sales & Service Representative !
We’re looking for
friendly, confident, and swim-savvy professionals
to support our mission by combining customer service with strong program knowledge. You’ll play a key role in helping families choose the right swim programs and ensuring every child gets the opportunity to become water‑safe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chats
Assist families with program selection and enrollment
Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support
Maintain and update customer records in our system
Process registrations, forms, and follow‑ups on leads
Identify and elevate priority issues as needed
Promote current offers and track daily call activity
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience
Applicants must have prior experience teaching swim lessons and be comfortable discussing swim programs and water safety with families.
Qualifications
Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or equivalent certification
– These credentials demonstrate your understanding of water safety and are a valuable asset for this role.
What You Bring:
Previous
sales and customer service
experience
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confidence using phone systems, scheduling platforms, and CRMs
Enthusiastic attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Completion of JackRabbit (POS & scheduling system) and Skyprep training (provided)
High school diploma or equivalent
Quiet, dedicated workspace
Reliable computer with camera and strong internet connection
Willingness to complete a background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary‑aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child‑focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
