We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

Qualifications

A current Journeyman License with the State of Utah is beneficial, but not required.

With the proper tools and equipment, be able to consistently generate a minimum of $40,000 in revenue per month while performing excellent work.

Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below:

Must be able to properly diagnose issues in residential and commercial setting.

Must be able to perform and execute repairs efficiently and properly.

Must provide own tools (company can sponsor upfront if needed).

Must be good with customers and be comfortable closing and completing jobs in a timely manner.

Must be willing and able to train and coach apprentices and helpers when needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch.

Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.

Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies.

Service our customers' residential and commercial plumbing needs.

Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay with commission/bonus opportunities ($60K - $130K)
