The Role:

You'll be trusted with high-impact work from day one:

Guide public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, and governance Advise on NYSE/Nasdaq compliance and day-to-day ops Lead capital markets deals - IPOs, debt and equity offerings, ATM deals, PIPEs Bonus points if you've worked with high-growth tech or biotech clients You:

4-6 years of experience in public company and capital markets matters Solid handle on SEC rules and market dynamics Want your work to matter - and not be buried under redlines for days Looking for mentorship, real client access, and a team that plays at the top of its game The Perks:
