Purpose of Position
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients and nurturing relationships to achieve outstanding results. Your role will involve utilizing your negotiation skills and expertise in B2B sales to connect with customers through warm and outbound calling. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent message across all platforms. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing strategies in a B2B environment. Familiarity with telemarketing practices and effective outbound calling methods. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. Background in selling plastics packaging to industrial markets is highly desirable.
