This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced

B2B Key Account Manager

( Sales ) within

skincare and cosmetics .

In this role you manage an existing portfolio of retailers (large and small) in order to help increase sales of existing skincare products . There will also be some new business development in this role, as well as regular travel ( however you will manage your own diary according to what works best for you and the business) . The role is varied, and you will be meeting existing retail customers to check on promotional works, where the products are located in-store, and will discuss what additional training information the Retail Advisors need to help them sell more product. You will also attend skincare related events in order to identify new leads and forge new relationships It’s a lovely role for someone with relevant experience in B2B Cosmetic sales . The role is very autonomous indeed .

The company currently supplies over 400,000 online and offline small and medium-sized retailers with the most popular and trending cosmetics and skincare products in the world and is way ahead of the competition in supporting new developments in the beauty sector . With the dramatic growth in e-commerce and a huge interest in K-beauty the company is now expanding fast and is looking to appoint a

B2B Key Account Manager

with directly relevant experience , who will help increase sales with existing customers , develop new customers and generally help to heighten brand awareness.

The role This is a B2B relationship-management role for existing customers, and will involve new business development

Looking after key retail clients including a portfolio of supermarkets

Oversee the product portfolio and optimize the sales revenue

Ensure that the portfolio is achieving its sales targets

Manage the P+L for your portfolio

Manage the sales forecast, prepare the monthly sales report and analysis

Drive the retail sell in / sell out, grow the market share

Be creative and innovate with Marketing to boost the sales revenue and enhance the customers’ awareness

Dev promotions and measure results

Make sure clients always have sufficient inventory

Work with the product development team to introduce new products and expand the product portfolio

Requirements

B2B account management experience within Beauty and skincare

Experienced in managing key

retail

or

FMCG

client relationships

Proven track record of Sales and Account Management

Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills

Car driver (ideally . This is not essential)

Happy to travel internationally as well as in the UK
