Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B inbound requests in German, building strong relationships with potential partners. Understand client needs and promote relevant services. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Participate actively in sales training (conducted in English) and ongoing coaching sessions. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets. Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2) – written and verbal. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Ability to work office-based in Athens. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Working Hours
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00 (German time zone) Rotational shifts Monthly gross salary: €1,350 €1500 welcome bonus Bonus scheme: Up to €600/month based on sales & KPI performance Extra Private medical insurance (Generali) Meal allowance: €5 per working day (Up Hellas card) Relocation package for office-based candidates:
