We are seeking a results-driven Energy Project Sales Executive to lead the sales of HVAC systems and building automation solutions. This role requires a consultative seller who can articulate technical solutions, quantify energy savings, and demonstrate ROI to commercial and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC and building automation projects.

Conduct site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions.

Present ROI analyses, energy savings models, and financial justifications to decision-makers.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.

Stay current on utility rebates, incentive programs, and energy regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, and consultants.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC Energy project sales.

Proven ability to sell complex solutions with measurable ROI.

Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy efficiency technologies.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Familiarity with energy modeling tools and financial analysis.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LEED, ASHRAE, and energy codes.

Knowledge of ESCO models and performance contracting.
