General Job Responsibilities
Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed. Install service & perform approved repairs as requested. Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc. Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc. Some Travel There may be additional duties and responsibilities required. Requirements
Experienced on commercial roof systems as described above Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance Good computer skills helpful Excellent communicator, both oral and written Ideal candidate would have single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience. Hold and maintain a valid driver’s License Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Must have personal tools for the trade Benefits Include
