Managers guaranteed base pay of $18/hr, up to $20/hr if you’re experienced, plus tips! Monthly manager bonus of $300-$500. Managers earn $30/hr and up on average, total pay. 100% paid medical and dental, plus PTO, paid holidays, 401k, and a $1,000 hiring bonus.
