About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our on-site outbound calling team. In this role, you will contact warm leads—individuals who have already inquired about life insurance—and schedule phone appointments for our licensed life insurance agents. No cold calling. All leads are generated from recent requests for information.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads who have requested life insurance information.
Engage potential clients with a friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
Verify basic information and determine the best time for a phone appointment.
Schedule appointments for our licensed life insurance agents.
Record accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.
Maintain compliance with company scripts, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales support, call center, or customer service (REQUIRED).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound call environment.
Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
Basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
Must be able to work on-site.
