Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A driving (local, regional, or OTR) within the last 3 years. Training/school time and yard jockey experience don’t qualify.
Driving Record:
Max 3 moving violations in 3 years, 2 in the last 12 months.
No major violations in the last year; only 1 allowed in 3 years.
Safety Record:
No more than 4 incidents in 3 years.
No DOT-recordable incidents in 3 years.
No failed/refused DOT drug tests ever.
