Unilux Brand We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to community gatherings. Your organizational skills and creativity will help ensure that each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including corporate functions, workshops, and social gatherings.
Support the Events Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are secured prior to events.
Help to design and create event materials including invitations, programs, and signage to enhance the event experience.
Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment, and registration processes.
Manage attendee lists and assist with event registration and check-in on the day of the event.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary for events.
