As a Sales Supervisor, you
are an independent professional with a high level of responsibility, solving problems naturally. You communicate opinions directly and build relationships through authentic, straight‑to‑the‑point communication. Sales Supervisors are eager to build relationships and take a personal approach to every interaction.
What you will do:
Support the management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold‑standard team.
Enthusiastically present and educate customers about fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply’s Ready‑to‑Wear and Custom‑Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures, and development planning for the store team.
Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
Who you are:
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
