Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You’ll rely on product knowledge, customer experience skills, and your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience. Step in and step up when needed. Provide leadership support and help run the store when the Store Manager is unavailable. Understand the store sales plan and comp sales goals, and help drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT. Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards. Assist with opening and closing the store. Work the register; process sales transactions and use fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales. Be able to close out the register and report shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix. Share fashion and music trend information with management and respective HQ partners. Collaborate with Store Management to ensure there’s no misuse of spells or wizardry around theft. Support maintenance of the stock room and keep the store tidy. Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed to help them quickly get acclimated to the team. Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need
Previous experience in a retail environment. If you love music and pop culture, you’re in the right place! Strong customer service and selling skills. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Collaborative and communicative skills with leadership qualities. Ability to stand and walk during scheduled hours, reach for merchandise using ladders or equipment, and move boxes up to 50 pounds. $15.50 - $17.85 an hour. Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but final salary may be influenced by factors such as education, location, meeting minimum job requirements, training, and experience.
