Position Overview Guitar Center embodies creativity and music. As a Seasonal Support associate, you will greet customers, qualify their needs, match them with the right product, and close the sale. You represent the store and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Customer Focus : Provide excellent service, connect meaningfully, be approachable and knowledgeable.
Initiative : Identify opportunities, learn quickly, develop product and sales knowledge.
Interpersonal Communication : Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with diverse stakeholders.
Selling : Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales technique knowledge.
Responsibilities
Reach sales targets on services.
Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
Participate in onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
Support store readiness and service delivery.
Monitor inventory and replenish displays.
Build client relationships for future service needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong orientation toward excellent customer service.
High attention to detail.
Preferences
Intermediate knowledge of musical instruments sold at Guitar Center (guitars, drums, technology, etc.).
