What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by executing strategic business plans tailored to the nephrology market
Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and enhance customer engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision‑makers in nephrology
Communicate complex clinical and therapeutic information with authority and clarity
Present professional sales presentations to customers and at conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in nephrology
Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of proven pharmaceutical experience in nephrology
Current experience within the territory and familiarity with customer dynamics are required
Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to nephrologists is highly preferred
Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%

Proven success in managing larger, complex territories with diverse account types
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
Knowledge and understanding of nephrology disease states for credible clinical dialogue
