Role Junior Sales Representative
– 100% remote, full-time, U.S. only.
Compensation Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (no cold calling or outbound calls/messaging).
Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
Present products confidently in a fully remote environment.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
Obtain necessary licensing (we’ll support you every step of the way).
Qualifications
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
Willingness to get licensed.
