Affiliate Account Manager
California residents (local to Irvine office) only. Remote with flexibility to meet in the Irvine office as needed. We are looking for a Highly Analytical Affiliate Marketing Manager to establish, grow, and manage the affiliate marketing channel. Financial or Lending Space Experience, Highly Preferred. Role & Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns Identify, Create, Maintain and Build partnerships with Lead Aggregators, Marketing Agencies, and other Affiliate Partners Heavily focused on Business Development Running different marketing campaigns, coordinating with partners to get their projections and be able to evaluate performance Main focal point will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners and managing the ongoing relationship with media partners and publishers to accelerate expansion. Campaign strategy and execution – oversees and manages the activities of marketing affiliates, websites, and individuals that perform commissioned sales work for the campaign. Analysis of campaigns
to ensure pricing structure (CPM, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) are within the targeted spend goals. Working with metrics and data presented in a variety of dashboard reports and spreadsheets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience required. 3-5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing channel with proven results. Ability to manage and understand all methods to assess marketing and business goals. Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions Previous online media buying experience We offer an extensive compensation package.
