The Gainey Agency is seeking a Remote Sales Agent to provide professional, client-focused insurance sales and service in a fully virtual environment. The incumbent will guide clients through the policy lifecycle, support sales objectives, and maintain high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on insurance products and recommend solutions aligned with their needs and circumstances.
Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quote generation, application processing, policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems.
Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent, professional communication.
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market developments to provide informed client guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and support collective performance goals.
Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required licensing and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Possession of relevant state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain required licenses in a timely manner.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or other client-facing roles.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
Experience working in fully remote teams and meeting remote performance expectations.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
