In This Role: Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic point of contact for Built’s largest financial institution clients, cultivating relationships with senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, operating model, and strategic objectives to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Build and execute long‑term account strategies focused on adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market teams to align client goals with Built’s roadmap and capabilities.
Lead complex initiatives that deliver impact across lending operations, technology integration, and workflow transformation.
Monitor account health and performance using data and insights to forecast risk, uncover opportunities, and guide strategic conversations.
Drive renewal and expansion discussions, leveraging a consultative approach to demonstrate ROI and strengthen client partnerships.
Act as a thought partner—bringing industry best practices, benchmarking data, and recommendations that help clients modernize their lending and risk management processes.
Represent Built at executive business reviews and industry events, helping position the company as the technology partner of choice for financial institutions.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
Proven success in engaging C‑suite and senior executives at complex, regulated organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable ROI and business outcomes.
Skilled in influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
Data‑driven mindset and experience using metrics to drive adoption and client value.
Deep curiosity about the intersection of finance and technology, and a passion for helping clients modernize legacy processes through innovation.
Compensation & Benefits Built’s salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top‑notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
