Responsibilities

Consultative Digital Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing specialized information about our range of vehicles through digital channels.

Customer Relationship Building: Use your digital communication skills to convert online interactions into lasting customer relationships.

Digital Troubleshooting: Proactively solve any challenges customers face in the online purchasing process.

Follow-Ups & Problem-Solving: Schedule regular digital interactions with customers while resolving issues effectively to uplift the customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, customer-focused digital atmosphere.

Qualifications

Be Digitally Savvy: Comfortable and efficient in utilizing CRM tools and other digital platforms.

Be Empathetic: Exceptional skills in listening to and understanding customer needs.

Show Adaptability: Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital sales environment.

Demonstrate Ethical Practices: Uphold high standards of honesty and transparency.

Fluency in English: Additional language skills, particularly in Spanish, are a significant plus.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position.

An 8-hour shift is required.

Availability to work on weekends is required.

Compensation

The pay structure will be a Base Salary + Commission, with an earning potential of $44,000 - $88,000 per year.
