Perry Ellis Lead Associate (part-time) is responsible for selling and promoting Perry Ellis merchandise by executing Perry Ellis customer service standards. The Lead Associate supports the Store Manager, ASM and Supervisors to help the store meet goals and standards in financial performance, customer satisfaction, and visuals. Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities Consistently provide customer service to company standard and lead the team Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with Perry Ellis customer service standards Build repeat customer base through excellent PE Loyalty Program data capture Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively to customers Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff with fairness and consistency Maintain floor coverage; acknowledge every customer; prioritize customer needs over assigned tasks Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication Manage time and prioritize tasks Operational Responsibilities Lead when the supervisor/keyholder is not present Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures Provide excellent customer service at all times to deter theft Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results Follow all operational policies and procedures Manage time and prioritize tasks Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills Visual, Brand And Product Management Support execution of all pricing strategies Support execution of store planograms Support and understand the company’s brand position Support replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor as needed Requirements
Energetic and positive attitude 1-2 years of retail experience Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills Customer service-oriented (outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude) Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds High school degree Benefits
