Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments throughout the store. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be 18 years or older - Agriculture background - Product knowledge - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis - Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Freight handling/forklift operation - Sales/Stocking/Price Changes/Recovery - Assembly of merchandise as needed - Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked - Assisting customers with product selection and load outs - Handling phone calls - Other tasks as assigned Starting wage is $13.50 per hour Employee Discount Flexible Schedules Apply ONLINE
