Georgetown, DC . We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who is eager to make a direct impact on our customers' experience and the store's success. Leap's mission is to help emerging e-commerce brands establish physical stores effectively. Our portfolio includes brands like ASTR the Label, ThirdLove, Rent the Runway, Ring Concierge, Malbon Golf, Frankies Bikinis, Bad Birdies, True Classic Tees, and more. About the Role

Georgetown . We seek dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand connections. The ideal candidate creates positive customer interactions, builds loyalty, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and possibly opening/closing the store and keyholder duties. This role offers the opportunity to support other brands through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous. Position Qualifications
Minimum Age: 18+ Experience: Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with expertise in premium service and relationship building. Availability: Flexible, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Skills
Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $22, depending on experience. Key skills include customer-centricity, adaptability, teamwork, communication, professionalism, product knowledge, and efficiency. KPIs
Sales metrics like conversion rates, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, and repeat clients. Customer retention, personalized service, networking, and NPS scores. Task completion and reliability. About LEAP
