Sales Support Representatives
who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm and Saturdays once a month.
Responsibilities
This is a non‑customer facing role, predominantly administrative and working at a desk.
Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
Qualifications
0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in decorative plumbing, appliances, or lighting is a plus.
Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented mentality with a desire to build relationships.
General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range
$20.57 – $32.91 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles).
The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
