We’re looking for a motivated and driven
Associate Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This hybrid role is based in South Austin, TX, giving you the opportunity to build your sales career in the education technology space. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll support the account management team in maintaining and growing client relationships. You’ll partner closely with senior account managers to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensure successful product adoption, and contribute to retention and upsell goals. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full Account Manager position and gain hands‑on experience managing mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support Account Managers in managing day‑to‑day client relationships and communications.
Prepare client reports, renewal summaries, and performance insights for quarterly business reviews.
Monitor account health using CRM and analytics tools, identifying risks or opportunities for expansion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on client needs.
Track renewal dates and assist in preparing pricing proposals.
Maintain accurate client records and contact notes in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Research and provide competitive or industry insights to strengthen account strategy.
Shadow senior Account Managers on client calls to learn advanced negotiation and presentation techniques.
ABOUT YOU
0–2 years in customer success, sales support, or account coordination (SaaS or EdTech a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Strong interest in technology and/or education, with a desire to learn EdTech solutions.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into an Account Manager role.
Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
High‑energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
Passionate about making a difference in education.
Note: This role will require travel for client meetings, industry events, and occasional team gatherings.
