JUNIOR SALES SPECIALIST Your Role and Responsibilities: Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base: Actively seeking and identifying potential customers; Initiating contact with new customers through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face meetings); Closing deals, negotiating contracts and orders. Preparing presentations for customers Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Regular contact with existing customers to sustain and develop long-term relationships; Responding promptly and effectively to customer needs and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system; Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings , technology and products; Business trips to clients within the United States Skills and Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written language skills in English – must have; Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strong customer service orientation and problem solving abilities; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Self-motivated and goal-oriented; Resilient and able to handle rejection; Adaptable and open to feedback; The role may require frequent travel to meet with customers; Work may be performed in an office; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Nice to have:

experience as a Sales Representative or similar role; Nice to have:

Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments.
