Location Remote, Louisville metropolitan area preferred. This position will cover Kentucky and Indiana.
Responsibilities
Act as the key business owner of Invivyd resources and solutions for a variety of customers, including Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Stakeholders, Veterans Affairs (VA) Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved.
Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels customers to act on behalf of their patients and engage the entire account to understand and remove barriers.
Identify shared priorities and leverage knowledge and tactics to develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand and delivers superior results for key partners and their patients.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to maximize internal and external knowledge on how to access products and services.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Veterans Affairs system within the territory and the rules and regulations for doing business within the VA.
Aggregate customer, market data, and insights to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements.
Use a data‑driven approach to prioritize customers and accounts, maximizing impact aligned with the strategic plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 10 years in the biopharma industry.
Proven track record of consistent high performance and proven ability to sell to large accounts and key customer segments.
Ability to travel up to 100 % over a broad geography; must be able to drive and/or fly within the territory.
Field presence five days a week, conducting visits while completing all administrative tasks related to the role.
Residency within the stated territory required.
Strong ability to communicate clinical product information.
Diverse experience in a matrixed environment, including reimbursement, buy‑and‑bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
Strong understanding of and experience with laws, regulations, and industry codes governing interactions with healthcare professionals, such as the PhRMA Code.
Results oriented and capable of demonstrating time‑management skills.
Broad knowledge of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
Experience working with Hem/Onc, rheumatology, transplant, hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account‑management strategy, and new product launches.
Demonstrated effective time‑management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunities.
