Salary $50K base to $60 K plus bonus and commission. In 3 months the base could increase to $75 K and in 6 months to $100k.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Crystal Lake, IL for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client needs are met with high‑quality service. This role will involve overseeing account operations, coordinating with internal departments, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and account management skills
Experience in sales and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven organizational and time management skills
Leadership and team collaboration capabilities
Previous experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
