Responsibilities
Wow the Customer – consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
Deliver Results – sell the finest professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and upcoming sales events, process and replenish merchandise, conduct physical inventories and periodic cycle counts, maintain store appearance, and handle sales and return transactions
Be an Expert – gain essential product knowledge and share exciting beauty industry trends with customers
Collaborate – work together in a positive team environment and achieve goals and priorities
Grow and Develop – commit to excellence and pursue endless opportunities for personal growth
Act with Integrity – always
Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Retail or related experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel on short notice within the district and region as needed
Basic reading and math skills
Proficiency with computerized point-of-sale systems (SAP experience preferred)
Must be able to work weekends as required
Minimum age 18 years with high school diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout the store during the scheduled shift
Salary From: $15.80 To: $17.80 per hour
