What You’ll Do As a part‑time Retail Key Holder, you will support leading and motivating boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results. You will also be responsible for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.
Responsibilities
Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.
Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining guests as the top priority.
Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Problem solve proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

Starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.
Position Requirements
Preferred experience in a specialty retail store
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to meet boutique needs
Physical Requirements
Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping squatting, and climbing
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
