What You Will Do :
Work with qualified leads (no cold calling)
Conduct client consultations to match families with the right life insurance solutions
Build long-term relationships through service and follow-up
Stay compliant with state regulations and company standards
Manage your own time, set your own goals, and grow at your own pace
What We Are Looking For
Driven, self-motivated individuals who want to be their own boss
Sales experience is a plus but not required, full training provided
Excellent communication and people skills
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one, with our support
What You Will Gain
Uncapped earning potential with one of the strongest commission and bonus structures in the industry
Residual income paid annually on client anniversary
