This role is ideal for a professional with experience in real estate sales, who excels at converting leads into clients and managing relationships with high-value customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through design solutions that match their vision while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert high-value leads into confirmed projects. Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions. Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients. Track sales metrics, pipeline, and performance to meet/exceed targets. Stay updated on market trends, interior design innovations, and competitor offerings. Requirements

2–10 years of experience in interior design sales, Real estate sales, business development, or client engagement. Proven track record of converting leads into clients and managing high-value accounts. Strong understanding of interior design concepts and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
