As a National Account Manager, drive exhilarating sales growth and manage day-to-day selling activities with key customers. Maximize share growth and profitability objectives; manage all aspects of the brand portfolio on assigned accounts; orchestrate the enterprise team to support and execute annual business plans. Lead all aspects of the joint business planning (JBP) process with assigned customers; negotiate price package plans, sales programs, customer contracts, and strategic initiatives to support mutual growth. Collaborate with bottling partners to execute plans involving distribution, program execution, pricing, in-stock improvement, and other key initiatives; identify opportunities to improve customer service and business performance. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts and bottlers; lead the team through challenges and develop profitable, strategic plans that align with corporate and brand goals. Understand financial impacts of business plans and actions; monitor progress and take proactive action to resolve issues; communicate updates in a timely manner. Stay informed on best practices, trends, and technology affecting the business; manage all account communication related to promotions and execution opportunities. Track and measure data to convert insights into sales solutions; ensure data accuracy and timely dissemination to relevant parties. Build annual volume and revenue plans designed for mutual growth within assigned budgets. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. More than 5 years of experience in retail, broker and distributor sales environment; experience in distributor or bottler sales is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; experience with data tools for performance measurement, forecasting, analytics, and financial analysis. Direct selling experience within the Supermarket Channel preferred; experience with Nielsen and/or IRI preferred. Compensation

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $74,295 - $127,000. The actual pay may vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. Seniority level
