Performs routine responsibilities as a primary contact for clients, supporting coverage strategies and applying insurance principles to daily situations under supervision. Responsibilities
Perform daily service tasks related to plan administration, client, and employee advocacy. Support team with deadlines and provide accurate, timely information. Assist members with benefit claims and inquiries, offering guidance and support. Resolve member claim issues through collaboration with providers, billing, and carriers. Audit enrollments and support open enrollment processes. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality. Stay informed on all group coverages and relevant policy documents. Complete additional functions and backup duties as assigned. This description is subject to modification at management’s discretion. Requirements
Active Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 60 days. Strong organizational skills and initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions. EPIC and Employee Navigator experience are pluses. Education & Experience
High School diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred. Benefits & Perks
