Job Summary: As a Salesperson at Glendale Nissan, you will be responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our brand in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers, generating new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs outlined by the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software. Collaborate with the management team and manufacturer to stay informed about new product launches and promotional initiatives. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive/retail sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits: Competitive commission structure.
