Summary The Sales Supervisor is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between sales and management. You will be responsible for engaging in direct sales and assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing store operations. This role is perfect for individuals who are sales‑driven, passionate about retail, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.

Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.

Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.

Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.

Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.

Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership potential with a team‑oriented mindset.

Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.

High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
