Responsibilities include: Sales and marketing of On-Highway Truck parts and services (Experience Required) Providing coverage and support for existing customer base Developing new business markets, identifying opportunities, and acquiring maintenance agreements Preparing and presenting sales contracts and finance options Creating territory and call plans, sales reports, and expense reports Developing and maintaining accounts Formulating bids on jobs and projects Receiving customer orders and educating customers on parts and service programs Collaborating with departments to generate leads Implementing quality improvement processes focusing on safety, financials, operations, and customer service Maintaining sales records Adhering to safety policies and company standards Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Knowledge of the On-Highway Truck industry Strong selling, negotiating, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office Good decision-making skills based on new information Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, including presentations Mathematical ability for quick calculations Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment Education and experience requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Industrial fields preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years preferred in the industry Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
