We’re now looking for a
part‑time, Dutch‑speaking Shopify Account Manager
to support our Belgian and Dutch clients and ensure they receive an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Managing a portfolio of Dutch‑speaking Shopify clients
Being the main point of contact — handling requests, updates, questions, and project coordination
Translating client needs into actionable tasks for design, UX, and development
Supporting ongoing retainers, mini‑projects, and theme customization work
Preparing briefs, timelines, and client communication for internal teams
Tracking project progress to ensure smooth delivery
Identifying opportunities for upsells such as theme upgrades, UX improvements, CRO tasks, SEO, and paid media support
Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention
This is a
part‑time role
ideal for someone who wants a stable, flexible position with consistent client‑facing responsibility.
What We’re Looking For
Must have a minimum 2 years of hands‑on Shopify experience
Fluent Dutch (native‑level or close) — essential
2–5 years of account management / client success / project coordination experience in an e‑commerce or digital agency environment
Strong understanding of Shopify store builds, migrations, integrations, apps, and customizations
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (dev, design, marketing)
Skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, upselling & cross‑selling
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Excellent English (additional languages are a plus)
Based in Belgium or the Netherlands (Antwerp proximity preferred, hybrid possible)
Proactive, communicative, customer‑oriented, able to handle multiple projects at once
