Primary responsibility includes increasing sales and market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our manufacturers and Acosta. Essential Functions

Deliver principals’ objectives to achieve volume and sales fundamentals at the assigned customers. Develop a Customer Business Plan that delivers the principals’ business priorities. Call on all decision-makers at the customer to sell business plans, programs and concepts that improve long‑term business results. Achieve results at the lowest possible selling cost while maximizing company revenue. Ensure competitively superior in‑store presence in the assigned stores. Manage manufacturers’ trade marketing funds, process direct shipments and leverage data to sell concepts. Operate within the designated budget. Pro‑actively communicate with key principals. Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers on all major retail initiatives. Use knowledge of customer, market, and principal to accomplish objectives. Provide timely information of selling priorities to Retail Sales Managers, supervisors, and shared resources. Share information and customer/principal material with other team members. Utilize computer systems and technology and maintain skill levels to support Acosta communication systems. Provide feedback to the Team Leader and/or General Manager on building organizational capacity and improving business. Meeting the physical requirements – listed below. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma/GED. Work Experience Requirements

Minimum of six months of relevant experience in retail (CPG industry), marketing, space management, and/or resets. Sales administration or finance experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and web‑based applications. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver’s license. Any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier. Physical Requirements
