We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business. You will report to the Team Lead Account Management and collaborate with commercial, marketing and product teams. You will be accountable for building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth and retention of the Fresha platform. This is a fast-paced, autonomous role in a changing environment. All Fresha employees work from the office.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience Accountable – Meet KPIs on monetization, revenue growth, and retention by educating partners on the value of the Fresha platform Execute – Analyze reports and implement plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts Build – Maintain strong partner relationships through face-to-face and video meetings Engage – Maintain a consistent contact strategy to keep partners engaged and reduce churn Note: This list is not exhaustive; other activities may be required. What We Are Looking For
Experience – Minimum 2 years in Account Management with a track record of revenue growth Manage Full Sales Cycle – 2-3 years from onboarding to long-term revenue generation Selling into SMB – 2-3 years with ability to close sales and generate incremental revenue Team Player – Willing to assist the team as needed Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment Demonstrated experience in managing and driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio, ideally in SaaS Added Bonus
Bi-lingual – English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Thai, Mandarin) Multi-selling – Experience selling multiple products simultaneously CRM – Experience with a CRM; Fresha uses Hubspot Interview Process
Screen Stage (30 mins) – Video call with Talent Team 1st Stage (45 mins) – Video call/in-person with Team Lead Account Management Final Stage (75 mins) – Video call/in-person with Team Leads and Head of Commercial We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within 3 weeks.
