Overview

The Sales Enablement Trainer is responsible for onboarding and developing sales team members, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Client Growth Managers, and Sales Managers. Success will be measured by the ability to: Create engaging, targeted training content Deliver interactive training sessions Manage multi-stage training initiatives from assessment to evaluation Coach sales reps to reach their highest potential Coach to KPIs set by the Sales department The Trainer reports to the Director of Sales Education. Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing sales skills training Provide technical training on sales tools Deliver industry and product training Lead in-booth coaching and small group sessions Assist with new hire onboarding and training Develop training materials like presentations, job aids, manuals, and interactive tools Manage the Sales Learning Management System Required Skills & Qualifications
