Benefits: Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement General Purpose: Responsible for controlling rental (lease) accounts to ensure timely payments. Handles delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. Maintains thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Manages non-renewed accounts efficiently. Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, and management. Essential Duties: Assist in maintaining company Standards of Operation. Maintain accounts to keep non-renewed percentages at or below company standards. Handle delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented merchandise. Answer calls courteously within three rings. Return merchandise, remotes, manuals, and accessories to stock. Inspect and refurbish returned merchandise to 'like new' condition. Follow the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge for customer service. Address customer service issues professionally and promptly. Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and appearance. Ensure inventory security during transport. Other Duties: Keep the back room and vehicle clean. Assist in receiving new merchandise. Additional tasks include taking and verifying customer order forms, helping achieve sales goals, and assisting in store cleaning. Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; DOT certification if legally required. At least one year of customer contact experience and completion of training. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Required Skills: Ability to understand instructions orally and in writing. Proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic. Ability to handle customer and associate situations effectively. Knowledge of inventory products after training. Efforts, Demands, and Conditions: Work involves walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting in changing environments. Must manage multiple activities under pressure and adapt to various conditions, including outdoor environments and driving in different weather conditions. Use of hand trucks required. Relationships: Frequent contact with customers, staff, and management; occasional contact with external partners. Effective communication skills are essential.
