We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who understands how health systems operate, especially within BioMed, clinical engineering, and supply-chain environments. You’ll own relationships with leading Texas healthcare organizations and drive asset-recovery growth through trusted partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and will leverage existing relationships within the Texas health systems sector to identify and secure new business opportunities.

This job requires frequent client site visits that are mostly located in and around Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with key stakeholders across various departments including Bio-Med, supply chain, procurement, IT, asset/facility management, and construction to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Represent Direct Bids at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proactive, strategic thinker with a results‑driven approach.
