Retail Sales Supervisor

Compensation: $21.00 per hour (rate depends on location, experience, skill and education). Eligible for monthly bonus. What You’ll Do
Ensure and model professional customer service
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
Lead, coach, and develop other team members
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements / Who You Are
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role
Excellent communication skills with customers and associates via in‑person, e‑mail, and telephone
Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift
Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, or twist, and to safely climb up/down a ladder
Willingness to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)
Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to the attendance policy is necessary
