About the Role Our retail team in Aurora welcomes enthusiastic, customer‑centric team members to help create a warm in‑store experience and support sales for premium chocolate products.
Main Responsibilities
Generate sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Perform operational tasks assigned by the store manager.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
